“Eduardo Vazquez” drummer of the band Callejeros has intentionally set his wife, Wanda Tadde, on fire. He took his wife to the hospital where he was later arrested when doctors noticed Vazquez’s hands were also burnt. They have only been married two months when Vazquez decided to dump a flammable substance on to her body. Taddei is left with A, and B class burnings, 60 percent of her body was burnt. Vazquez is now held in prison where he will spend 4-16 years.
Where I am from, Midland N.C, there have only been two incidents such as this. One of the most famous ones was when a man by the name of Garvin McCorkle set his wife Jan McCorkle, himself, as well the house on fire. The Midland community was devastated; I can only imagine how the family of Wanda Tadde felt. The next one was when a woman named Lisa Greene set her house on fire with her two children Daniel and Addison Macemore. These were tragic deaths, but at least Taddie Got out with her life.
